TPM³ Leadership / Instructor's Program

This program is a five-day intensive live-in course providing specialist training for nominated, eligible company employees whose primary role is to lead or facilitate the introduction and implementation of Lean & TPM within their organisation. The program focuses on Australia and New Zealand workplace conditions.

This program is currently run twice a year to allow attendees to gain practical experience between workshops. It is a requirement that prior to a company nominating employees to attend, the site must have full CTPM membership status and the nominated employees must have completed the following CTPM in-house or CTPM public workshops:

• Two-day Getting Lean & TPM to Work workshop
• Three-day TPM³ Advanced Training workshop

Workshop Content:

• Case Study Analysis
• Team Development Principles & Practice
• Individual Presentations
• Team Presentations
• Presentation Evaluations
• Milestone Assessment Process
• Formal Exams (open book)
• Team Assignment

Upon successful completion of the course, "provisional accreditation" will be granted for up to 6 months to allow for the completion of the Leaders / Instructor's Site Report which will lead to "full accreditation" (Site Report details the progress of the attendees site's improvement journey).
