TPM³ Advanced Training Workshop

This outstanding three-day interactive workshop will take the mystery out of integrating all the principles, tools and concepts from Lean & TPM. Cutting through all the confusion and providing a pathway that works in a Non-Japanese workplace environment.

Developed by Ross Kennedy and the CTPM Team of experienced Navigators and incorporates the latest developments in Getting Lean & TPM to Work through TPM³.

Lean & TPM needs to be lead by senior management who have a good understanding of the many aspects of the journey to ensure correct decisions and adjustments are made to maximise the benefits to employees, customers and shareholders.

This workshop has been specifically developed to assist leaders and key employees to enhance their knowledge of the practical application of the Cross-function or Area Based Team Activities along with how People & Leadership Develop supports Area Based Teams.
