Frontline Problem SolvingThis workshop provides an overview of all the CTPM Strategic, Tactical and Frontline framework for addressing all workplace problems.
It then outlines and demonstrates Toyota's scientific method of frontline problem solving through the highly effective Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement cycle, in an
easy to follow 7-step process.
Participants use a user-friendly Frontline Problem Solving Workbook, A3 worksheet, Cause & Effect diagram and 5-Why chart to summarise their results as they solve a workplace problem / incident covering such issues as safety, quality and maintenance.
