Raves from previous delegates who have attended our Forums2009 Forum
Very Informative guest speakers & it's a great place to network with other companies - Share the learnings.
Phil Guard, TPM Specialist, Simplot Ulverstone
The forum is excellent and honestly speaking I got nothing more to ask. Speakers are all excellent, honest, open to tell the real situational problems, power point presentations are all clear, showing before & after stages, sometimes with humour. So overall I have nothing but to say well done, excellent and keep on keeping on.
Ifor Gabasen, Team Leading Hand, New Zealand Sugar
Good to know about the journey other companies take with TPM and how problems are not unique to one set of people. Food forum to bounce TPM ideas.
Balaji Chandrasekar Operations Development Team, Nestle - Campbellfield VIC
Having Lean Capability does not just happen, it needs commitment and knowledge and the more effort that is put in the greater the returns. CTPM Annual Forum once again has provided excellent up to date, relevant and interesting information on key principles of Lean. Most problems in the workplace are not unique - networking with other organisations who attend the Forum opens the door to many unpaid Lean experts who may have already come up against it and have a solution.
Stephen Cook Warehouse Manager, Sanitarium Health Food Company Berkley Vale NSW
All speakers provided a great insight into each of their respective challenges. The team presentations gave a real and very practical application of their TPM learnings. I look forward to seeing B & D represented with a team presentation in a future final. All my expectations were met, thanks.
Troy Langby, National Quality Systems Manager, B & D Doors and Openers
Great day to keep the passion fuelled. To get to talk to others about the program and hear about challenges & means to success is important.
Greg Park, Corporate Development Manager, Darrell Lea Chocolates
Another very productive Forum. Informative speakers and passionate Aussie Cup finalists. If you don't take away more than a dozen ways to improve your site you have not listened. It would be a hard call to improve today's forum.
Robert Amor, Maintenance Manager, Siemens Water Technologies
Great Forum for networking. Excellent Forum with representation and presentations from many different business entities. More of Mick the demotivational speaker. Great Forum by CTPM.
Chis Duff, Operations Manger, Electrolux Home Products
I really enjoyed Andrew Horabin's input to the day. A novel & invigorating approach that I know everybody found to be both amusing & enlightening.
Geoff Downie, Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator, Simplot Echuca

Shane Warman, Production Sceduler, Sanitarium Health Foods Berkley Vale
The GFC has hit most companies hard. To manage our way through this there has been a renewed focus on leadership. How appropriate then is it for CTPM to have a forum based on "Leading the Journey to Excellence"
David Martin, Site Manager, Sugar Australia Glebe
2008 Forum
Another great year for Champions of Lean Manufacturing. Great networking opportunities with other organisations and people who are serious about Continuous Improvement.
Stephen Cook, Manufacturing Support Coordinator - Sanitarium Health Food Company
It was good to see a balance of practical and theoretical presentations on team development.
The pleasing fact was the teams involved had all delivered magnificent results and clearly shared involvement and pride in their companies. It was also obvious this was supported at the highest levels of these organisations. Well done!

The best one yet.
Alastair McCredden, Plant Manager - Simplot Echuca
A great opportunity for teams to be given credit by their peers for their achievement.
Harry Robertson, Process Manager - Simplot
It's great to have the opportunity to network with people with the same goal for operational excellence. Keeping learnings and knowledge to yourself may secure your position short term but almost guarantees your company will fail in the long term. The CTPM Forum is a terrific platform for Learnings - Teaching - Communicating and the depth of the Forum each year confirms it. Well done!
Robert Amor, Maintenance Manager - Siemens Water Technologies Memcor Australia
The team presentations demonstrated to me the intrinsic personal rewards that the TPM process engenders as a by-product of the involvement in the wide ranging tasks taken on by the diverse teams. All of the team members were engaged, involved and obviously very proud of their efforts and this can only be a benefit to each of their companies and the other members / workmates that they react with.
Geoff Downie, Team Leader - Simplot Echuca
Only a confident organisation will let all their customers gather under one roof and network. It shows the bigger picture of the project, forum to share real experiences from people doing things. These forums are very good and provide excellent `celebration' of results achieved.
Shivendra Kumar. Manufacturing Engineer - Siemens Water Technology Memcor
2007 Forum
The forum filled the very important role of self audit, that the philosophy we are pursuing is correct for us and the experience of others will assist in continuing to improve our application of TPM3 to attain our goals.
Bill Pearce - Managing Director, Wundowie Foundry
Very valuable to meet and talk to other company representatives over different issues we may have encountered or experienced. It was very interesting to hear all of the speakers give their presentations.

Good helpful talks on how to help our TPM3 journey work better for our company.

The TPM3 Networking Forum was a truly learning experience. To hear other people's experiences of the TPM3 process in their workplace and how they dealt with various issues was beneficial. The forum format was well paced and enjoyable.
Anthony Downes - Team Leader, CSL Bioplasma
Its good to talk about common issues which face all companies & get different perspectives on how they overcome them.
Phil McKean - TPM3 Co-ordinator, Alphapharm
A very rewarding experience which gave me ideas to try in the future. From listening to the other company TPM3 experiences it can help us introduce improvements more effectively by not making some of the usual mistakes which comes with changing the culture.
Steven Barello - Supervisor, CSL Bioplasma
It was interesting to hear the good things but just as equal some of the failures. We learn from failures.
