All sites covered by CTPM membership are invited to enter their TPM³ teams in the Team Competition.

Please note: The TPM³ Co-ordinator of each TPM³ team is recognised as a facilitator rather than a team member and therefore is not eligible to be entered as part of the team.

Each team's entry will be via a written submission report (details outlined below). Each entry will go through a pre-selection process involving at least 2 independent (no connection with presenting teams) CTPM Navigators who will score each submission with the 2 finalists being invited to present during Day 1 of the TPM & Lean Annual Forum 2012.

Each team will be required to give a 25-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute question time, and be present for the presentations to the teams at the Gala Celebration Dinner that evening.

Team activities that have previously been a finalist in an Aussie Cup Team Competition will not be eligible. (i.e. a finalist WAM team may submit their OEM Step 1 activities but not re-submit their WAM activities.)
