The CTPM Team Competition was introduced at the TPM³ Action 98 Forum to assist companies on their TPM³ journey.

The aim of the competition is to both promote and recognise excellence in the core areas of TPM3 team activity. It provides an excellent opportunity for companies to recognise their best TPM³ teams and increase the understanding of TPM³ within their workforce.

In 2004 the Team Competition was changed to the 'Aussie Cup'. The competition is open to all CTPM member companies with companies being represented from New Zealand, Thailand & Indonesia.

Participants to date have all reported a significant acceleration in their TPM³ activities following their team's involvement at the Forum.
