Background
As a service to our members, CTPM has created the TPM3 Milestone Assessment Process and 5 Level Milestone TPM3 Excellence Award to enhance your TPM3 Journey by recognising progress on your TPM3 Journey via a multi level framework.
The Milestone Assessment Process provides a ranking based on a series of self-assessment criteria which is the precursor, if desired, to an external audit process to allow the awarding of the 5 Level Milestone TPM3 Excellence Award.
Objectives of the TPM3 Milestone Assessment Process
- To establish a recognised assessment process to challenge industry to strive for World Class Performance
- To assist industry in understanding the issues involved in achieving TPM3 Excellence
- To provide a platform for sites to further develop their evolving strategic direction for their TPM3 - Australasian Lean Journey
