CTPM has developed and continues to enhance a range of interactive training courses, a comprehensive range of education, planning & team member manuals and workbooks, the TPM3 Leadership / Instructor's Program, the 5 Level Milestone TPM3 Excellence Award, a team of experienced full-time Navigators to provide on-site Navigation, Facilitation and Training support, and most importantly a proven structured, yet flexible methodology tailored for Australasian companies.
We are very mindful of the need for companies to establish their own in-house capabilities to lead, manage and facilitate their improvement journey in order to achieve sustained success. We also acknowledge that TPM & Lean has been developed over many years of practical experience and research, and as such establishing or developing internal capabilities is not achieved just by attending one or two training courses. Proper training from a recognised authority is critical; however most of the learning comes from doing. There are very few short cuts to experience.
We have formulated the methodology to be flexible and to overcome the challenges in the Australasian workplace. Our approach can be relied upon to obtain significant and sustainable results as it is customised to meet each client's unique situation.
