Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
This is the message that Sugar Australia is achieving. Linked is a fantastic example of communication within a site about TPM3 and of their journey to date. This newsletter provides employees with an update about the teams and their mandate for the cycle. It's also a great way to recognise team members participating in teams for the cycle. A commendable example of what every site on a continuous improvement journey should be striving to do.
