Nelson, who is Wollongong based, has over 9 years experience working in the family automotive service business while completing his formal qualifications at TAFE and University of Wollongong. Since joining CTPM in January 2008 Nelson has been focusing on the development and delivery of CTPM's RTO capability in Competitive Manufacturing Cert III & IV. To further his development Nelson completed Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Since joining CTPM, Nelson has been assisting Internetrix build their Frontline Problem Solving capabilities.
