The Lean Network is a not-for-profit organisation run by practitioners, for practitioners with the explicit purpose of disseminating the body of knowledge known as LEAN THINKING. Members voluntarily share information about their lean implementation experiences in a spirit of cooperation and willingness to help each other.

The Lean Network meets on a monthly basis. There are two main types of meetings - Site Visits and Knowledge Sharing Meetings. Site visits entail a guided tour of a leading implementer of Lean concepts. Participants can see first hand how Lean can be successfully applied.
