Vince, who is Sydney based, has over 15 years experience in food manufacturing working in a variety of leading companies including Goodman Fielder and Berri in roles including quality, purchasing, planning and production management. During his career he has been involved in numerous improvement initiatives resulting in significant outcomes. Prior to joining CTPM in May 2005, Vince was the Production Manager at Green's Foods. Since joining CTPM, Vince has been assisting Australian Paper, B&D Doors, Boral Bricks, Boral Quarries, Darrell Lea Chocolates, Pacmetal Services, Rondo, Memcor, Sugar Australia (NSW & QLD) and The Wrigley Company as they progress their Lean & TPM (TPM
3) journeys.
