Vince, who is Sydney based, has over 15 years experience in food manufacturing working in a variety of leading companies including Woolworths, Goodman Fielder and National Foods in roles including quality, purchasing, planning and production management. During his career he has been involved in numerous improvement initiatives resulting in significant outcomes. Prior to joining CTPM in May 2005, Vince was the Production Manager at Green's Foods Glendenning Plant. Since joining CTPM, Vince has been assisting Sugar Australia (NSW), Australian Paper (Shoalhaven Mill), Darrell Lea Chocolates (Kogarah), Simplot (Bathurst), Boral Bricks and Pacmetal Services as they progress their TPM & Lean journeys.
