Matt, who is Sydney based has over 22 years manufacturing experience in the aerospace industry. A machinist by trade, Matt's career has spanned leading improvement in assembly, composite, metals, logistics, stores and support. Prior to joining CTPM in June 2009, Matt spent 7 years as the Site Lean Facilitator at Hawker de Havilland and more recently Boeing Aero structures Australia where he implemented TPM, 5S and Value Stream Mapping along with leading and mentoring teams through their continuous improvement journeys at all levels of the business. Matt has been trained by the Shingijutsu Co in workshop Kaizen both in Australia and USA. Since joining CTPM, Matt has been assisting B&D Doors, Bega Cheese and Dux Hot Water as they progress their Lean & TPM (TPM3) journeys.
