Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly checked and updated to make sure that you get the best possible pricing for all of our items.

We deliver products Australia wide using Express Post.
Postage & Handling will be at a set cost.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow 14 working days for delivery of your order. CTPM Australasia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are currently in stock. If for any reason we are out of stock or if we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

At this time we do NOT accept international orders through out website, however if you wish to purchase and ship any items to an overseas destination, please contact our Head Office on +61 2 4226 6184 or email ctpm@ctpm.org.au and we can organise a shipping quote with a local courier company.
